The service is provided by 347 Transfers. By booking, you agree to these terms.
• Prices are fixed at the time of booking and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
• You may pay in advance online or directly to the driver in cash or by card.
• For pickups outside Barcelona, we may require a 50% advance payment of the total ride cost.
• Tolls and parking fees are not included in the base price for Standard vehicles and must be paid by the client.
• For Premium and Luxury vehicles, tolls and parking are typically included, unless otherwise agreed.
• If you require an official invoice (Factura) for your booking, you must request it at the time of confirming your reservation, not at the end of the ride.
• At the moment of drop-off, the driver can only provide a receipt from the card payment terminal (TPV) if you paid by card.
• If you request an invoice at the last minute, we will send it to you via email within 48 hours after the ride.
Airport pickups:
• The driver will wait up to 45 minutes after your flight has landed.
• Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp message or phone call prior to your arrival. Please stay in touch with the driver to keep them updated on your situation—such as waiting for luggage, passport control delays, or any other holdups. This will also help the driver identify you easily once you come out of the arrivals area.
• The driver must be waiting for you at the designated welcome spot (e.g., arrivals hall with a name sign or meeting point). Drivers cannot ask you to walk to the parking area, change floors, or meet them elsewhere. If a driver asks you to do any of these things, please report it to us immediately.
Other pickups (hotels, addresses, etc.):
• The driver will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
If you are delayed beyond these times, please contact us immediately. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
Drivers may experience a delay of up to 10 minutes due to traffic, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
• Eating and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle at all times.
• Passengers are expected to keep the vehicle clean and tidy during the ride.
• If excessive mess or stains are caused (e.g., food spills, drink stains, vomit, or any other damage requiring special cleaning), a cleaning fee of up to €150 may be charged to cover the cost of professional cleaning and any associated downtime.
• If the driver asks you for any additional charge not previously agreed upon during the booking process, please report it to us immediately.
• If you need to make any stops between your origin and destination, this must be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Requesting a change to the route once the trip has started will incur extra costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
• Any changes to your booking (e.g., number of passengers, luggage, pickup time, or destination) must be confirmed before the pickup time to ensure we dispatch the correct vehicle according to your needs.
• We cannot guarantee availability for last-minute changes made at the time of pickup.
• Our drivers are professionally licensed, insured, and undergo regular training to ensure the highest standards of safety and service.
• Drivers will arrive at the pickup location at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure a punctual departure.
• Drivers will assist with luggage loading and unloading when safe and practical, handling your belongings with care.
• Drivers will maintain a clean, well-maintained, and fully sanitized vehicle, performing regular checks to ensure it meets our premium standards.
• Drivers will drive in a courteous, responsible, and safe manner, strictly respecting all traffic laws and speed limits at all times.
• Drivers will communicate clearly and promptly regarding any delays, traffic conditions, or issues that may affect your pickup or drop-off.
• Drivers will respect your privacy and will not engage in distracting, intrusive, or unprofessional behavior during the ride.
• Drivers will greet you with a professional and friendly demeanor upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Drivers will follow the preferred route unless you request an alternative, and will be knowledgeable about the local area.
• Drivers will have the vehicle prepared with appropriate climate control (heating/air conditioning) to ensure your comfort.
• Our drivers are professionals dedicated to providing a premium service. We expect mutual respect between passengers and drivers at all times.
• Any inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior toward the driver may result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.
• The driver reserves the right to end the ride prematurely if passenger behavior poses a risk to safety or is otherwise unacceptable.
We reserve the right to refuse service if passengers are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if they pose a risk to the vehicle or other passengers.
Any damages to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the client.
